About Me

I was born in Des Moines Iowa, grew up on a farm near Grinnell Iowa and graduated from Grinnell High School. Upon graduation from High School I completed a course of study in Dental Technology and began a 35 year career as a health professional in the dental field.

During the course of my dental career I have worked with General Practitioners as well as practices specialized in various fields of dentistry including Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Cosmetic, and Dental Laboratories. Peggy also has specialized training in dental x-ray technology.

Concerned about the onset of osteoporosis, which was in my family medical history and having observed the devastation to the jaw bone and teeth as a result of bone loss, I began using Youngevity’s calcium supplement and other anti-aging products on the recommendation of a co-worker.

I was so impressed by the results I had experienced in my over-all health and well-being I developed an intense interest in the benefits of supplementation and nutraceuticals as an alternative to premature aging and the use of prescription drugs.

This interest ultimately evolved into a new 20 year career in the study of diet, nutritional supplementation and other natural methods of health maintenance.

Since leaving the dental field some 20 years ago, I have built a substantial business as a Youngevity Distributor  and currently reside in West Des Moines, Iowa with husband Bob, our daughter Kim, her husband Mick and three wonderful grandchildren living nearby.
